Serento is offered by Dusty Enterprise SRL. By installing the app or using serento.app you agree to the terms below.
01 The app
Serento is a native iOS application that acts as a UPnP/OpenHome control point. It connects to media servers and renderers on your local network. It does not host, stream, or distribute any copyrighted content itself.
02 Your content
You are responsible for the music files you play through Serento and for holding the appropriate licenses. Serento does not claim ownership of anything on your servers.
03 Beta software
Builds distributed via TestFlight are pre-release. They may be unstable, may lose preferences between versions, and come with no warranty. Beta access may be revoked at any time.
04 Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or sublicense Serento. Do not use Serento to circumvent DRM or distribute content you do not own.
05 Liability
Serento is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dusty Enterprise SRL is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to damage to audio equipment.
