Serento is made by a small team in Bucharest. We're audiophiles first, engineers second. Everything we ship is tested on gear we actually own.
We got tired of janky control-point apps that crashed mid-DSD, lost connection to the DAC, or showed ads on a $20,000 system. So we built the one we wanted.
2024
Founded
John Dusty starts the project as a weekend prototype while running a Rockna Wavedream.
2025
Private alpha
Twelve listeners on Linn, Rockna, Lumin and Chord renderers give feedback for six months.
2026
Public beta
TestFlight opens to 500 users. Launch on the App Store in Q3.
